Chris Odneal
Chris Odneal of GO Consulting Services
is the
Democratic
candidate for
District 27 State Representative. Since creating GOCS Inc. Chris
has been able to save customers millions in asset protection and
energy management. He wants to apply the same cost saving
strategies and technologies during his service to the state in
an effort reduce spending and help Oklahoma work through the
current huge budget deficit. He also wants to see Oklahomans
have quality
employment and
ample
opportunities
for their
families.
While many citizens know Chris through GO Consulting Services, many do not know him personally. Chris Odneal was born in Shawnee Oklahoma in 1979 then moved to Houston at the age of 3 with his mother. In 1998 Chris moved back to Bethel Acres to work at ExxonMobil Chemical. While working at ExxonMobil Chemical, Chris attended Seminole State College and graduated with honors.
In 2007 Chris Odneal and his business partner Chris Geer created GOCS, Inc to provide Security and Process Control support to area manufacturers and businesses.
Chris and his wife Melissa are committed to serving the community. He is a trustee for the Pioneer Library System as the Bethel Acres representative. They are both members of the Shawnee Lions Club, Sustainable Shawnee, and the Pottawatomie County Public Safety Center Library Read Program. The Library Read Program is an organization devoted to the education and self improvement of the county’s inmates. Literacy is a proven tool to reduce the likelihood of returning to jail, and makes transitioning back into the community easier. Chris and Melissa want to make Pottawatomie County a safer place to live.
A strong working class, healthy families, and education are the institutions Chris believes are important for creating a prosperous Oklahoma. Chris believes the technical knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit he used to grow his small business can make a difference in Oklahoma.
